Penn States Mike McQueary & Joe Paterno are well liked & respected but they should have followed up on their report to their superiors - They probably were to nervous knowing, at the time, what will happen if this is leaked out so they past the buck & left it at that -Thinking their bosses will handle the situation, turn a blind eye, they did not want to get involved - Sad to say that, none the less, it is still under Joe's responsibility to have done more than think it will go away by itself - I hope & wish all the kids involved are taken care of, first, then start the procedures to investigate & prosecute the collegiate food chain
